We Believe...

• the Bible is the fully inspired word of God.  Its sixty-six books form our only standard for faith and practice.
  
  
• there is one God who eternally manifests Himself in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  
  
• that Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and gave Himself as a sacrifice in our place for our sins.  The only way to know God is through Jesus Christ.
  
  
• that man was created by God in His image, but mankind's disobedience has separated him from God.  Man cannot save himself but must receive forgiveness through Jesus Christ and become a new person in Christ.  This new life begins with being "born again."
  
  
• in a literal heaven and hell.  Those who receive Jesus and walk with Him will spend eternity in heaven.  Those who reject Jesus will be lost forever in hell.
  
  
• the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues is for every believer.
  
  
• that God has provided for healing of bodies and minds and it is the privilege of all believers.
  
  
• that the Lord Jesus Christ should be the Lord (have first place) in every area of our lives.
  
  
• that the Holy Spirit commands and enables Christians to live pure and holy lives.
  
  
• that Jesus will return from heaven, where He now sits as King and Lord of all, to take the true Church back to heaven with Him.
  
  
• that God has all of the events of this world in full control and that one day every knee will bow to Him.
